Alvin "Dwight" Dunn

Alvin Dwight Dunn, 74, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on August 11, 2021 in Silver Springs, FL. He was born January 24, 1947 in Philadelphia, Mississippi to Kelly Claude Dunn and Olivia Graham Dunn. He was the Owner/Operator of Dwight Dunn Well service.

He is preceded by his parents; daughter, Amber Rose Dunn and Alise Michelle Dunn.

He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Denise Dunn; sons, Kelly D. Dunn, Carl Dwight Dunn and Casey D Dunn (Heather); daughters, Ericka Dunn and Ashley Dunn Driver; sister, Sylvia Dunn; grandchildren, Kaylee, Robie, Angelina, Jason, Breanna, Jeremy, James, Levi, Alexus,  Britney, Courtney and Gabriella; several great-grandchildren; a very special cousin, Jimmie D Smith and many other cousins; nephew, Tony Sabatino and several Aunts and Uncles.

Dwight enjoyed Camping with friends and had a love for classic country music as well as "oldies". He attended a lot of music shows at the music park in Live Oak, where him and his wife also have some property that was used for "weekend getaways" and resided in their camper when they were there.
Dwight loved nature, fishing and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Dwight had a love for animals, especially his 4 small dogs that adored him and at any given time you would find all 4 of them in his lap.

A funeral service will be held 12:00 p.m. Monday, August 16, 2021 at Salt Life Church with Pastor David Houck officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.   Lunch and fellowship immediately following the service, and Interment to follow at Woodlawn Cemetery.
