Bailey Lewter

Bailey Lewter, age 85, of Ocala, Florida, passed away on October 15, 2023 at home.  He was born on February 12, 1938 in Conway, North Carolina a son to the late Edgar Thomas and Willie Claire (Flythe) Lewter.  In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by a daughter Dana Kay and nine siblings.  He was a US Airforce Veteran and is remembered for the love he had for family and grandchildren that was beyond reason.  He leaves behind to cherish his memory his devoted wife of 63 years Betty Jean Lewter, two sons, William Thomas "Bill" Lewter, David Scott Lewter, five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.  Countryside Funeral Home has been entrusted with the cremation arrangements.
