Beau Bray

Ocala - Beau Robert Bray, 42, passed away July 5, 2018. Born and raised in Ocala, FL, on October 23, 1975, to Marion Robert "Bob" Bray and Barbara Jean Bray. He was a Chef  at assisted living facilities, restaurants, Ocala Country Club and decided to change careers by going into the Lawn Care Maintenance and Treatment Services. He graduated from Lake Weir High School in 1994 and graduated from Lake-Sumter Culinary School.

He is survived by his parents, Bob and Barbara Bray; sons, Cody Dreadin and Kanyon "Rowdy" Williams; sisters, Jewell Melrose, Marlo Thomas, Kim Bray and Danielle Melrose; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind his greatly loved dog, "Gator" and cat, "Emmy"! Plus a host of amazing and incredible friends.

Memorial service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 21, 2018, at Countryside Funeral Home, Anthony, FL, with Francis Hunter officiating.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Beau's memory to the Marion County Humane Society, 701 NW 14th Road, Ocala, FL 34475. The family will recieve friends for visitation one hour prior to the service. Arrangements are under the care of Countryside Funeral Home, Anthony, FL.
