Brenda DeAnn Nantz, 54, passed away on July 13, 2022 in Ocala, Florida. She was born August 28, 1967 to Lawrence Jacquay and Julia Moberly in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She worked at Duke Energy for over 19 years in customer relations.

She loved cooking for friends and family, spending time in the pool, playing card games, and traveling with her husband. She adored her grandkids and spent as much time with them as she could. She never met a stranger and made friends everywhere she went.

She shared her love for the Lord with all those around her and worshiped loudly. She was involved in several ministries throughout her life, including being a youth leader and teaching Sunday school.

She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Gregory Jacquay.

She is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Daniel B. Nantz; daughters, Hannah Nantz and Erica Elwood (Brandon);  son, Micah Nantz (Clare); brothers, Brian Jacquay and Ben Jacquay; sister, Michelle Harding; 6 grandchildren; Emerson, Nora, Milo, Joel, John Paul, and Lucy.

A Funeral Service will be held 1:00 PM , Thursday, July 21, 2022 at Countryside Funeral Home. Visitation will be held the night before from 5:00-7:00 PM, Wednesday July 20, 2022  at Countryside Funeral Home.
