He is survived by his loving wife, Teri Allen; daughters, Casey Allen, Faithlyn Allen, and Makayla Allen; son, Corey Allen; mother, Betty Shaner; grandchildren, Alexander Chartier, Adam Jenkins, Quinton Beigntler, Kaden Allen, Emberose Ford, Hayes Wagner, Ka'lani Davis, Hunter Allen, Forrest Whilden, and Willow Whilden.
