Charlene P. Dino

Charlene "Rita" P. Dino, 89, passed away on February 24, 2025 in Ocala, Florida. She was born January 2, 1936 to George Benson Parramore and Hazel Eileen Flanagan in Ocala, Florida. She served in the United States Army. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Florida. She worked as an elementary school teacher for Blessed Trinity Catholic School, Anthony Elementary and Sparr Elementary. 

She is preceded by her husband, Floyd Nicholas Dino; parents; daughter, Melinda Joy Trombly; brother, Ned Parramore; sister, Gayle Hilliand; 

She is survived by her son, Richard Evan Dino Sr. and his wife Robin; brother, Ben Parramore and his wife Joanne Parramore; sister, Betty Hilliand; 3 grandchildren, granddaughter, Nickie Whipple, and her husband Jonathan. Grandson, Richard Dino Jr. and his wife, Julie and Nicholas Trombley; and four great-granddaughter’s, Jaelynne, and Brooklyn Whipple; and Marina and Berkley Dino. 

A Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday March 12, 2025 at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church at 10:30. Viewing will be one hour prior to the service. Interment to follow at 12:00 at Highland Memorial Park.
