Charles Carrigan

Ocala, FL – Edward Carrigan, 85, passed away March 26, 2016.  Born February 5, 1931 in Huntington, WV, to Edward M. and Marie Meisenzahl Carrigan. A graduate of Virginia Tech, he was a Plant Manager and Vice President in heavy equipment manufacturing.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and infant daughter Jeanne Marie Carrigan.  He is survived by his beloved wife of 61 years, Gay Edens Carrigan; sons, Ed Carrigan (Amy) of Ottawa, IL, Michael Carrigan of DeKalb, IL; daughters, Terri Anderson (Bob) of Oakland, CA, Anne McMillan (Michael) of Chicago, IL, Patty Marschalk (Tom) of Maple Grove, MN; brother, Phillip Carrigan; sisters, Mary Catherine Shea, Loretta Carrigan; twelve grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 9:00 a.m., Friday, April 1, 2016, at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church, Ocala, FL.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Marion County, Ocala, FL.
