Clyde William “Bill” Purdon, 72, passed away June 23, 2018.  He was born July 9, 1945 in Mudlick, Kentucky. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years Barbara Sue (Pierce) Purdon as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Bill and Barbara married in Knightstown, Indiana in 1966.  They moved to Ocala, Florida in 1968.  Bill worked as a stone mason until his retirement.  Bill and Barbara celebrated 51 years of marriage this past December.

Uncle Bill was much loved by all of his family, especially his beloved nieces and nephews.  He will be missed greatly.

Funeral service will be Wednesday, June 27, 2018, 2:00 p.m., at Countryside Funeral Home Chapel, Anthony FL with Brother Jim Pierce officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service. Interment to follow at Belleview City Cemetery. Arrangements under the care of Countryside Funeral Home.
