FILER, Darryl Patrick
Ocala - Darryl Patrick Filer, 50, passed away May 17, 2018. Born January 10, 1968, in Miami, FL, to Donnie Dean Filer and Karen Reid . He was a production worker in custom window manufacturing.


He was a member of One Life Fellowship Church and liked volunteering for events like the Tim Tebow Foundation, Night To Shine. He was an avid fan of the Florida Gators, the Miami Dolphins, NASCAR driver, Kevin Harvick and CWF Wrestling. Additionally, he enjoyed being in the outdoors, going camping, and traveling with his family.


He is survived by his loving wife, Rebecca Filer and daughter, Renee Filer; mother, Karen Reid; brother, David Filer (Deborah); sister, Deborah Mazzola; step-brother, Andrew Reid (Laura); step-sister, Tracy Snowberger (Scott); nephews Derek Filer, Cameron Mazzola, Jordan Filer, and Colin Mazzola.


Funeral Service will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 2, 2018 at Countryside Funeral Home, with Pastor Allen Eastin officiating. Interment will follow in the Fairfield Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Reddick, FL.
