Dewayne was predeceased by his Grandparents Walter and Ruby Ammons and Fannie Johnson and Jack Faison.

He is survived by his parents Junior and Louise Ammons, brother Darrell Ammons niece Rebecca Ammons nephew Trevor Ammons.

He is Also survived by significant other Kim Swingle, step-sons Brandon Swingle, Brady Swingle, Brent Swingle, James Teissedre.

Memorial service will be Thursday, June 28, 2018, 5:30, at Countryside Funeral Home, Anthony, FL, with Pastor Mike Patton Officiating.
