Donald Jay Cook

Donald Jay Cook, age 69, of Dunnellon, Florida, passed away on March 29, 2024. He was born on June 16, 1954 in Patterson, New Jersey a son to the late John Leonard and Alice Cecilia (O'Leary) Cook. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by a son Jeffery Cook and a brother Dane Cook.

He leaves behind two sons Steven (Kabrina) Cook, Stacy (Katie) Cook, and two daughters Desiree Cook, and Sherri (Kelly) Monahan. His favorite role was that of paw-paw and he leaves behind 15 grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, April 14, 2024 at Living Waters church in Inverness, FL. Countryside Funeral Home has been entrusted with the cremation arrangements
