Earnest Mikell

Earnest M. Mikell, age 79, of Ocala, passed away on November 18, 2022 in Ocala, Florida.  He was born on December 20, 1942 in Lake City, Florida a son to the late Willis Jordon Woodrow Mikell and Martha Jane (Taylor) Mikell.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by three brothers Woodrow, Copas and Wayne Mikell.

Earnest is survived by his devoted wife of 58 years Linda, one daughter Theresa (Rick) Hyer, two sons Mark (Suzanne) Mikell, Enoch Mikell, one daughter Theresa (Rick) Hyer, two brothers, Glen and Allen Mikell, nine grandchildren and eight and one on the way great grandchildren.

Funeral services have been scheduled for Friday November 25, 2022 at 12:00pm with visitation for one hour prior at the Central Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in Anthony Cemetery, Anthony, Florida.  Countryside Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
