Ocala - Eva Louise Warner Gillies passed away peacefully on April 26, 2015 in the care of her family.
Born January 7, 1930, in New York, NY, to Ira F. Warner and Ada Louise Heinze. A loving wife and devoted mother, Eve was an A.H.S.A. judge and steward and ran a successful show stable with her husband Archie Gillies and 3 daughters. Many have fond memories of Horse Shows held at Hunting Hill Farm, in Malvern, PA. Eve also founded the CCSPCA Horse Show and Fox Hunted with Radnor Hunt in Malvern, PA. After moving to Ocala, FL in 1977, she was President of Project P.U.P. Inc. for over 15 years and the Pet Meals on Wheels Program, providing dog food and flea control to senior citizens of Marion County, FL.
Eve is survived by daughters: Lisa Roberts of Crystal River, FL, Pixie Denver of Christina PA, and Jean (Gigi) Kocak of Ocala, FL; 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
