Ocala – Fannie M. Weakley, 84, passed away peacefully at home, January 18, 2016. Born January 12, 1932 in Chipley, FL to Jesse Griffin and Missouri Godwin Griffin. Fannie worked as a fruit packer in the citrus industry, enjoyed teaching Sunday School and was a member of the Widow’s ministry. A mighty woman of God and prayer warrior, she has been a long time member of Living Water’s Worship Center. Her and her late husband Ernest Weakley drove the Bethany Temple Church of God ministry bus in Tarpon Springs for many years.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 54 years, Ernest Weakley. She is survived by her daughters, Angeline Reaves (Steve) of Ocala, Erin Cambero (Victor) of Charlotte, NC; grandchildren, Corine Sterling, Kendra Grimes, Aaron Reaves, Brendan Carroll Hernandez, Nelissa Cambero, Jocelyn Cambero; great-grandchildren, Julian Grimes, Eugene Grimes, Leondra Grimes, Sylvester Franklin III, Damien Sterling and Cora Sterling.
Memorial Service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 30, 2016 at Living Water’s Worship Center, Ocala, FL with Pastor John Childers officiating. Arrangements under the care of Countryside Funeral Home, Anthony, FL.
