Floyd Taylor Smock, Jr.

Floyd Taylor Smock Jr. flew home into the arms of his savior, Lord Jesus Christ on December 19, 2023, in Ocala, Florida. Floyd was 78, born on November 25, 1945 in Coral Gables, Florida. He was a cherished son to both Floyd Sr. and Teresa Smock. Floyd is survived by his wife, Loyce Smock; his children, Melissa Pichardo and Mary Carrington; his sister, Linda Kahn; his grandchildren, Abbigail and Devin Carrington, and Gabriel Pichardo. Floyd was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend many will miss and forever hold near their hearts. Countryside Funeral Home has been entrusted with the cremation arrangements. Memorial services will be held at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church in Ocala, Fl on Saturday, January 06, 2023 at 11 am. Reception to follow afterwards.
