Citra - Frances Jewell McMillan passed away at Haven Hospice on June 13, 2015. Born May 9, 1929, in Winter Garden, FL, to Henry and Samantha Foxworth, she is the last of their nine children to pass. She moved to Citra from Lake Park, GA in the early 70’s. She was a bookkeeper in retail sales. Preceded in death by her husband, James McMillan, and granddaughter, Sherrye; she is survived by daughters, Linda Sue (Charles) Touchton; Faye Froelich; grandchildren, Charles N. (Tracy) Touchton, James E. Froelich, Tanesha (Drew) Gunthorpe and two great-grandchildren. Funeral service 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 17, 2015, at Simmons Baptist Church, 7039 E. Hwy 318, Citra, with Brother Ronnie Miller officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Simmons Cemetery.
