Salt Springs - Frances Elizabeth Welden, 73, passed away on January 28, 2020, in Ocala, Florida. She was born on December 5, 1946 in Providence, Rhode Island. Frances enjoyed singing and was part of the Marion Civic Chorale since 2014.

She is preceded by her husband, Paul Welden.

She is survived by her son, Cyrus William Lott; daughters, Amy Britton and Laura Kennemer; brother, Bernard Lamb; 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 8, 2020, at Countryside Funeral Home, Anthony, Florida. Pastor Buddy Cranston will be officiating the service.
