Gary Dean West

Gary Dean West passed away on July 25, 2024, at the age of 63. He was born in Ocala, Fl to Roland Ralph West and Margaret Jaunita Humphrey West on June 17, 1961. He was a life long resident of Ocala with occasional work related stays in other locations for required work projects. Gary graduated from Forest High School and attended The College of Central Florida for a short stint before his long working career in the construction industry. He became proficient working with concrete and his many years of experience was well respected by his peers in all phases of the trade. He was well liked, easy to work with, and very good at what he did.

 Gary is proceeded in death by his parents Ralph and Jaunita West and his sister Sharon.

He leaves behind his brother Stanton West (Annie), two nephews Hunter (Amelia) Luke West, one niece Ashley West - Griesemer (Matthew), two grand nephews and two grand nieces Wyatt, Roman, Olivia, and Adeline. 

A memorial service will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday August 10, 2024 at Countryside Funeral Home.
