Gerald "Jerry" Henry Sauls

Gerald “Jerry” Henry Sauls, 83, passed away October 6, 2023 in Ocala, Florida. He was born November 16, 1939 to James Charles Sauls and Marguerite Batchelor Sauls in Miami, Florida. He was a graduate of Ocala High school and was a teacher at Vanguard High school for 31 years.   He was a woodworker and master craftsman. He had a second career working years at CTAE, where he retired in 2021.  He was a giving and caring man to all who knew him.

He is preceded by his parents and three brothers. 

He is survived by his wife, Sally Sauls; sons, Greg Sauls and Mike Sauls; stepdaughter, Christina Chalker ; 4 grandchildren, Hunter,Sammie, Julian (Ju-Ju), and Tristan

A visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, October 11, 2023 from 5-7 pm at Countryside funeral home located in Anthony.  

A memorial service will be held 1:00pm, Friday, October 13, 2023 at Sparr Baptist Church.
