Herman Arthur Mizell, Jr.

Herman Arthur Mizell Jr., 78 passed away on April 8, 2025 in Gainesville Florida. He was born March 10, 1947 in Bartow, Florida to Herman Arthur Mizell Sr. and Loice Scott Mizell. He worked as a realtor/broker in the real estate industry for many years. He honorably served in the United States Navy.

He is preceded by his parents; sisters; Shiela, Polly and April.

He is survived by his brother; Tom Mizell, sister; Sharon Settles , nine nieces, three nephews, many great nieces and nephews, two great great nephews. Also his beloved, faithful dog Duke whom was his best friend. He loved to spend most of his time fishing . His smile and happy personality will be greatly missed.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 25, 2025 at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell With military honors. A celebration of life will follow on May 24,2025 at 3:00 p.m. in Belleview, Florida.
