WATTS, JR.  JAKE T.
OCALA- Jake Taylor Watts Jr., 63, passed away September 26, 2021 in Ocala, Florida at Advent Health. He was born March 12, 1958 in Holden, West Virginia to Jake Taylor Watts, Sr. and Ima Jean Adair Watts.

J.T. was a heavy equipment operator in the construction industry, a mechanic in the coal mining industry and proudly served in the United States Army. He was also a member of Southern Home Old Regular Baptist Church for 33 years.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jake and Ima Watts and grandson Kyle L. Persinger.
He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Betty Ann Watts; sons, Jake T. Watts III (Tiffany) and Samuel G. Watts (Magan); daughters, Nakia Watts Crossley (Brian) and Tanya Louise Hoffman (Jacob); brothers, Columbus Watts Sr. (Kim), Tommy Watts (Caurina) and Joe Watts (Kathryn); sisters, Noreen Watts and Lora Wilkerson(Matt). As well as 2 grandchildren Jake T. Watts IV and Jeremiah G. A. Watts many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

**Masks will be required to be worn inside at both services.

Viewing at Countryside Funeral Home is 5:00 -7:00 PM, Friday, October 1, 2021. Funeral service will be 11:00 am, Saturday, October 2, 2021 at Southern Home Old Regular Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
