James Warren Lumpkin

James Warren Lumpkin, age 74, of Ocala, Florida, passed away on April 8, 2024.  He was born on November 23, 1949 in Ocala, Florida a son to the late Joseph. and Mildred (Lawser) Lumpkin, Sr. Jimmy was a professional truck driver, avid NASCAR fan and former stock car driver, fisherman and hunter. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by two brothers Joseph "Joe" Lumpkin, Micheal Lumpkin, and a sister Joan Green.  He leaves behind his wife; Donis (Phillips) Lumpkin, sons; Steven (Marcy) Lumpkin, Michael (Brandy) Corbin; daughters, Stephanie (Mike) Harvey, Melissa Ming, two sisters; Patti Lumpkin, Barbara Jean Smith, seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.  A Funeral Service has been scheduled for Friday April 12, 2024 at 2:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home with visitation for one hour before.  Burial will follow in Anthony Cemetery.
