SMITH, James Aubrey "Buddy"

Ocala - James A. Smith "Buddy", 71, passed away January 30, 2018 peacefully at home. Born October 16, 1946, in Moultrie, GA, to Grover Smith and Sallie Mae Adcock Smith. He was a Trim Carpenter and moved here from Georgia in the early 50s.  He loved to go fishing, hunting, flea markets, yard sales, and his family.

He is preceded in death by his parents and grandson, Parker. He is survived by his loving wife, Linda Smith; son, Randall Smith; daughter, Stacey (Douglas) Grantham; brothers, Eddie and Harry (Tami) Smith; sisters, Lanette (Linnie) Mixson and Becky Gleason; and grandchildren, Logan, Mason, Hunter, Holden Grantham, and Layla Smith.​

Funeral Service will be 12:00 Noon, Friday, February 2, 2018, at Countryside Funeral Home, Anthony, FL, with Pastor Leon Bell officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at 11:00 am.
