FOX, Jane A.

Jane A. (Farrow) Fox, 53 lost her fight today December 8, 2017 from a very long battle from Part 1 COPD & Systemic Lupus Erythematosus. Born in Newark, New Jersey but resided in Pennsylvania until relocating to Florida in 2003 due to medical reasons. Jane attended Wyoming Valley West school until her mid sophomore year and then attended and graduated from West Side Area Vocational Technical School 1982 wherein her major was business.

Right after graduating Jane served her country in the Army Reserve, 300th Field Hospital in Ashley, PA. Basic training and AIT was in Fort Jackson, South Carolina, and another AIT in Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas where she trained in the medical field.

Jane is preceded in death by her daughter, Megan Hilery Fox; her parents, Joseph B. and Nancy V. Farrow of Florida; and brother, Robert J. Farrow of PA.

Jane is survived by her loving husband of almost 34 years, Howard J. Fox, Jr; sons, Howard J. Fox III, Joshua K. Fox (Elisabeth Clute Fox), Jacob M. Fox (Sara Davis Fox).

Sisters, Cathryn Farrow Youells (Tim Myer), Joan Farrow Savakinas (Keith Frey), Donna Farrow Vitiello (Bill), Deborah Walko (Eugene), Brenda Montero.

Brothers, Mark Farrow, Joseph Farrow II; aunts, Clair, Gail, Pat, and Diane; cousins, Joleen, Tommy, and Terry; grandchildren, Keegan, Maddy, Jordyn, Mkia, Mariah; Yaya's, Michele "Bean" Carron, Jennifer Bonnet, Mary Ann DeRushe Petty, Gloria Williams, Karen Denman, MaryJane Rosenko, Faith Hope,  Darlene Pellam, and Ruth Yeisley Ciciani; and so many others, too many to name.

Jane wore her heart on her sleeve and even in her condition volunteered for numerous things especially in helping out her children and friends.

She found her calling in the legal field for over 15 years with Attorney (now a Luzerne County Judge) Fred A. Peirantoni III. She loved and adored her work until leaving due to medical issues.

She will be missed by so many, keep her in your hearts and she'll live on forever.
