Jimmie Howell

Silver Springs - Jimmie Darden Howell, 79, passed away peacefully on November 13, 2016. Born in Jackson, NC on January 16, 1937, to Thaddieus and Dorcus Ann Howell. Jimmie retired from Pacific Bell as a telecommunications operator and has been a Marion County resident since April of 2011. He retired from the United States Air Force, loved Fox News, and was an excellent political debater.
Jimmie is survived by his sons, Jimmie Howell (Liz), John Michael Howell (Lois); daughter, Sarah Ann Howell; brother, John Richard Howell; grandchildren, Stephanie, Joseph, Tonya, Joey, Joshua; and six great-grandchildren.
He is preceded by his loving wife, Anna Howell; and brother, Thaddieus Howell.
