John Weaver, Sr.

Citra - John Russell Weaver, Sr., 80, passed away August 21, 2021. He was born November 16, 1940 in Citra, Florida to the late James Russell Weaver Sr. and Trelles Mackey Weaver. He was a foreman for the Department of Transportation for many years.

He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, James R. Weaver, Jr. He is survived by his loving wife, Esther Weaver; son, Rusty Weaver; daughters, Melanie Wombles and Joy Hay; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Graveside inurnment will be 11:00 am, Friday, August 27, 2021 in Citra Cemetery with Brother Tom Morgan.
