Joy Criner Pilcher

Joy Criner Pilcher, September 5, 1943-April 23, 2024, aged 80 years old.  Survived by husband John, son Mike and his wife Crystal, grandchildren Willie and Ella and many nieces and nephews.  She was married to her husband John for 50 years.  She loved her family, and was the best wife, mother and granny.  She taught high school for 36 years most recently at North Marion High School.  A strong coaches wife who supported her husband for 42 years as a high school coach.  She loved her church and the people she went to church with.  She was a great cook and was always making special treats for her friends and family.  She will be greatly missed and is home with The Lord in a much better place.  We love you joy.

A memorial service will be held 11:00 am Monday, April 29, 2024 at Reddick United Methodist Church.
