Judith "Judy" M. Miller

Judith Marie Miller (Judy/Mammaw), age 84, of Ocala, Florida, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family on September 12, 2023. She was born on January 31, 1939 in Gary, Indiana. Strong, loving and stubborn, she was a warrior until the end and will be profoundly missed. Judy was the owner of Millers Boating Center for over 40 years. She is preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Bessie Niemeyer. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her soul mate Jim Aherron, a son Jeff (Susan) Miller, two daughters Lora (Smiley) Howard, Lynn (Danny) Phillips, brother LeRoy (Kay) Niemeyer, six grandchildren Brett, Casey, Brandon, Savannah, Ashley, Janet, eight great grandchildren and her cherished companion Paris.

Memorial donations may be made to Team Gleason Foundation for ALS or an animal rescue of your choice.

A funeral service will be held on September 29, 2023, beginning at 2:00pm at Unity Baptist Church 1290 NE 100th St, Ocala, FL,34479, with visitation from 1:00pm -2:00pm. Burial will immediately follow at Anthony Cemetery.

The family will have a celebration of life afterwards at Jumbolair Ballroom, Anthony, Florida from 4:00pm -7:00pm.
