Larry Michael Martin

Larry Michael Martin, age 72, of Ocala, Florida passed away peacefully surrounded by family on June 15, 2023.  He was born on January 17, 1951 in Canton, Ohio a son to the late James and Georgia (Glidden) Martin.  In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by a brother Thomas "Tom" Martin.  Larry was a graduate of Lincoln High School in Canton, Ohio.  He obtained his bachelor's degree from Covington Theological Seminary.  He was also a veteran of the US Navy.  He leaves behind to cherish his memory his devoted wife of 33 years Cynthia "Cindy" Martin, a daughter Jordan (Alex) Stanger, sister Linda (David) Hulka, sister-in-law Chris Martin, and four wonderful grandchildren Lilith, Mackenie, Nicodemus, and Erika.  He also is survived by many nieces and nephews he loved dearly.  He loved spending as much time with his family as well as furthering his education after retirement.  A  graveside service with military honors will be held at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida on June 30, 2023 at 10 a.m.
