Fort McCoy – Lorraine P. Waters, 85, passed away August 8, 2015. Born July 3, 1930, in Elk Garden, West Virginia, to Lester Paugh and Violet (Sis) Rohrbaugh Paugh. She has resided in Marion County for that last 27 years, moving from West Virginia/Maryland. She is preceded in death by her husband Earl Waters (3/20/1994); brothers, Del Paugh, Bob Paugh; sister-in-law, Barbara Paugh. She is survived by her daughters, Arlene Thomas and husband Dale, Fort McCoy, Amanda Waters, Ocala; sisters, Claudene Crookshanks and husband Willie, Maryland, Wilma Woods, Hortense, GA; grandchildren, Crystal, Gail, Nancy, Logan; great-grandchildren, Mellissa, Kurt, Jett, Destiny, Angela; great great grandchildren, Giovanni, A.J., Raviana, Extended family, Julian, Chris, Tony, and Brandon, along with many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation will be from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 12, 2015, at Countryside Funeral Home, Anthony, FL. Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, August 13, 2015, at Countryside Funeral Home, with Pastor Jim Miller officiating. Interment to follow at 1:30 p.m., at the Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Marion County.
