PENNY, Mamie Louise
Anthony – Mamie Louise Penny, 84, passed away peacefully at home, February 22, 2016.  Born October 9, 1931 in Richlands, NC to Charlie Paul Ramsey and Thomas Hardison Ramsey.  She owned and operated a dry goods store. Mamie is preceded in death by her parents; husband Jimmie Penny; son, Tony Allen Penny; and granddaughter, Carrie Elizabeth Penny.

She is survived by her sons, Kenneth Wayne Penny (Marcia), Kirby Dale Penny (Debbie); daughter, Gloria Dane Kelley (Kenneth); brother, James Paul Ramsey “Jay”; sisters, Ella Mae Whaley, Faye Loretta Raynor; eight grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.

Graveside Service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 27, 2016 at Port Mayaca Cemetery, 23900 SW Kanner HWY, Canal Point, FL 33438, with Dr. Ken Kelley Sr. officiating.
