Marilyn Uebelhor Linette, 74, of Ocala, FL, died early on Friday, Jan. 28, peacefully at the Cates House facility
of Hospice of Marion County. She was born on Nov. 29, 1947, in Ferdinand, IN,; lived and worked in Louisville, KY,
was product manager in the HVAC industry in Minneapolis, MN, and Oklahoma City, OK, and retired to Cape Coral, FL,
in 2003; relocated to Ocala, FL, in 2018 to be closer to her daughter Michele L. Wood and grandson Michael A.
Wood, age 10. She was a devout Catholic and devoted her later years to attending Mass daily, praying to the Virgin Mary
through the rosary. Besides her daughter and grandson, she is survived by her ex-husband James M. Linette of Ocala,
a sister Phyllis Schuetter, niece Gerry Fleck, nephews Jimmy and Faron Schuetter all of Indiana and seven
great nephews and nieces and one great-great nephew. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Hospice
of Marion County. A Memorial Mass will be said at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church in Ocala on Tuesday, Feb. 8,
at 10 a.m., with no reception to follow.
