Marita Brown

Ocala – Marita Raulerson Brown, 95, passed away June 8, 2016 at Hospice Estelle’s House. Born November 13, 1920 in Okeechobee, FL to John and Mamie Sloan Raulerson. She moved to Ocala 19 years ago and was a Quality Control Inspector in the medical field. She is preceded in death by her husband  of 56 years James R. Brown and daughter, Barbara L.Brown. She is survived by her son, Edward Wayne Brown and wife (Wendy), of High Springs; daughter Connie Shea and (Thomas Wilding), of Ocala; six grandchildren, Matthew Brown, Lindsey Brown, Lori Maxwell (Richard), David and Mindy Platt, and Robert and Kimberly Platt; great grandchildren, Breanna Maxwell and Taylor Platt.
