Mary Murphy

Mary Frances Murphy, 91, passed away at home May 25, 2019. Born in Macao, KY, she moved to Florida in 1973 and has lived in Ocala since 1989.  Mary is preceded in death by her loving husband George Murphy and daughters, Brenda Lee Murphy and Mary Joanne Murphy.

She is survived by her daughters, Sharon Blair, Linda Arthelia (Carmen), Donna Gil, Sandra Murphy, Peggy McClaskey and son Robert Murphy; 15 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.

Mary was catholic and an active member of Blessed Trinity Catholic Church where she was involved in several ministries throughout the years.

Visitation will be from 6:00 - 8:00 pm, Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church, Ocala, FL. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, May 30, 2019 at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church, Ocala, with Father Patrick Sheedy officiating.  She will be laid to rest with her husband following the mass in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Arrangements are under the care of Countryside Funeral Home, Anthony, FL.
