Michael John Magamoll

Michael John Magamoll, age 73, of Ocala, Florida, passed away peacefully on July 4, 2024. He was born on October 14, 1950, in Marinette, Wisconsin, to Herman and Agnes Magamoll.

He is preceded by his parents and brother, Herman Magamoll.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory; loving wife of 48 years, Debra Magamoll; sons, Dustin Magamoll (Meghan), Travis Magamoll (Allison), Tyler Magamoll (Katy); brothers, Jim Magamoll, Billy Magamoll; and grandchildren, Bridey Jo, Murphy, Briggs, Tucker and Reid who affectionately called him Poppy.

Poppy passed down his love of fishing, hunting and golfing to his family, along with being a loyal Florida Gator and Atlanta Braves fan.

A celebration of life will be held 11:00 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church Life Center, Saturday August 24, 2024. 1126 E Silver Springs Blvd Ocala, FL 34470. Reception and refreshments to follow the service. Countryside Funeral Home has been entrusted with the cremation arrangements.
