Mildred Erlene Ennis

Mildred E. Ennis, age 83, of Ocala, Florida, passed away on September 21, 2023, at Grace Davis Hall Hospice House. She was born on October 23, 1939, in Ocala, Florida, a daughter to the late Paul and Arrie (Cherry) Goodman. Mildred was a graduate of Ocala High School and worked as a library aide for Marion County Public Schools until her retirement in 1998. Affectionately known as “Mimi,” her memory will be forever cherished by her devoted husband of 63 years, Hubert Ennis; two sons, Greg (Julie) Ennis and Jeff (Ronda) Ennis; a daughter, Jennifer (Mark) Bourque; a brother, Gary "Buddy" (Sharon) Goodman, a sister June Sullivan, and three grandchildren Dillon, Connor, and Kinser (Austyn) Ennis. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at Highland Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the Hospice of Marion County in Mildred's memory. Countryside Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
