Ocala - Mildred Alice Posey, 88, passed away August 1, 2018. Born on June 10, 1930 in Island Grove, FL to Moses Sykes and Buella Mae Sykes.
She is survived by sons Carl "Gene"Posey and wife Peggy and David Posey; daughter Margaret Posey and sister Mary Spurll. Her loving husband Lawrence preceded her as well as five brothers and two sisters.
Memorial service will be 2:00 pm, Monday, August 6, 2018 at Countryside Funeral Home, Anthony, FL with Reverend Mike Cannaday officiating. Arrangements are under the care of Countryside Funeral Home, Anthony, FL.
