Myldred "Midge" Hall Barrett

Myldred "Midge" Hall Barrett, age 74, of Ocala, Florida, passed away on November 11, 2023 at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida.  She was born on September 7, 1949 in Chattanooga, Tennessee, a daughter to Agnes (Cox) and the late Thomas Hall.   She leaves behind to cherish her memory her devoted husband Stephen, a son Colin (Stacey) Barrett, brother Tony Hall, sister Lori (Mark) Heath and two grandchildren, Jackson and Alison Barrett.  Midge touched the lives of many children as an educator for 40 years in a career that spanned from Georgia to Tennessee to Florida.  She was a loving and caring wife, mother, and grandmother and will be missed by all that knew her.  A Memorial Service has been scheduled for November 30, 2023 at 2:00pm at Fort King Presbyterian Church. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted with Countryside Funeral Home.
