Passed Away, Ocala, Florida, March 5, 2017.
Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Appleget and her mother, Virginia Shirey Mathews.
She is survived by her son, Justin Mathew Tindall, (Eileen), two daughters, Jimi Lee Taylor and Shelby Jean Appleget, five grandchildren, Elizabeth Ambrose, Nicholas Ambrose, Mia Ambrose, Mathew Tindall, Eli Tindall, one great grand child, Liam Burham, one sister Carole Mathews Dickens, (Richard) one brother Jeffrey Mathews,(Barbara), her father, Rev. Kermit L. Mathews, step-mother, Anne Mathews, many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and Ganu.
Nancy was a long time resident of Ocala, and worked in the judicial and legal community of Marion County, Florida, for the past thirty years. She enjoyed spending time with her many friends and loving family.
She was loved and will be missed by those that knew her.
A memorial service will be held at Woodside Baptist Church, 2450 NE 28th Street, Ocala, 34470, on Monday, March 13th at 3:00 pm. The family will receive visitors prior to the service, beginning at 2:00 pm.
In Lieu of flowers, with deep appreciation, the family requests that gifts of memorial be given to the Shelby Jean Appleget College Fund. Please speak with a family member at the service if you would like to honor Nancy in this way.
