Neil E Johnson

It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Neil E Johnson on September 23, 2024 at the age of 87 into the heavenly arms of God. He was a devoted family man and Navy veteran with a passion for spending time outside tending to his property and nurturing the land.

He was an honorable husband to his wife, Liz, with whom he shared 65 years of marriage together.

Neil is survived by his beloved wife, Liz (Mary Johnson); his four children Joyce Harris, Don (Jennifer) Johnson, Wes (Leanette) Johnson and Jill Jernigan; his 10 grandchildren Kathy Johnson, Luke Harris, Conour and Colin Jernigan, Rae Harris, Brenna Harris, Byron Johnson, Logan Harris, Rivir Johnson, and Maya Araujo; and seven great grandchildren.

A private memorial service will be held to honor Neil’s life. The family requests live plants or a donation to your local Humane Society in Neil‘s name.
