TANNEY, Nellie Davis
Citra - Nellie Davis Tanney, 84, passed away July 30, 2020. Born October 9, 1935 in Guilford, New York to Howard Lester Davis and Nellie Meda Maine. She was a supervisor for the State hospital for 28 years, and a lifelong devoted mother and wife.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 56 years Ernest Donald Tanney; son, Ernest Howard Tanney; and her parents.
She is survived by her sons; Jerry Tanney (Jodi), Charlie Tanney (Wendy)  and Donald Tanney (Missie); daughters, Judy Grey (Bill), Linda Lanfair (Melvin), Meda Lloyd (Wally), Robin Sullivan (Jim); 17 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.

Graveside service will be held 11 o’clock, Sunday August 2, 2020 at Citra cemetery, FL. Arrangements are under the care of Countryside Funeral Home, Anthony, FL.
