Ocala - Norman Winfield Cole, 87, passed away August 9, 2017. Born in Waterbury, CT, on February 9, 1930, to Winfield Sherman and Alice (Main) Cole. He was a caregiver in Mental Health Services and a Veteran of the U.S. Army. He worked various jobs in Ocala including Publix and Wild Waters. He loved to work in his garden and take care of the yard. He was Blessed to be Saved after moving to Ocala in 1987.
He is survived by his loving wife, Susan Cole, of 32 years; sons, James Cole, David Cole, Stephen Cole; step-daughters, Patricia and Donna and a step-son Francis and seven grandchildren.
Graveside inurnment will be 10:00 a.m., on Thursday, August 17, 2017, in the Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL, with Pastor Walter Smith officiating. Arrangements under the care of Countryside Funeral Home.
