Oran "Op" Parker

Citra - Oran Leroy Parker passed away April 23, 2016 at Ocala Regional Medical Center. Born in Branford, FL to Cecil Parker and Frances Ayers-Parker, he was an avid hunter and fisherman. He worked as a superintendent with heavy equipment operations in the Gainesville area.
He is preceded in death by his parents and sister Vivian Davis. He is survived by his companion, Jean Blanchard, Citra, FL; son, Rodney Parker (Michele), Hawthorne, FL; brothers, Glenn Parker (Bonnie) and Jack Parker (Marge); sisters, Martha Pattison (Len) and Betty Ward; two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 Noon, Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at Forest Meadows Cemetery, 4100 NW 39th Avenue, Gainesville, Florida 32606.
