Ocala - Paul Wendell Jarvis, 78, passed away September 13, 2016. He was born October 18, 1937, in High Springs, FL, to Rufus and Doris Fowler Jarvis. He has resided in Marion County for over 47 years. Paul was a Southern Baptist Ordained Minister for most of his life.
He is preceded in death by his parents, son Wendell Keith Jarvis and infant daughter Patricia Dianne Jarvis. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Rosa Lee Jarvis; daughter, Patricia "Pat" Blanchard (Ron); son, Paul Derrick Jarvis (Marie); brother, Donald Jarvis; sisters, Sarah Lou Hogan, Karen Bryant-Reza; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be 3:00 p.m., Sunday, September 18, 2016, at Countryside Funeral Home, Anthony, FL. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
