Peggy Demary

Salt Springs – Peggy Jean DeMary, 83, passed away June 21, 2016. Born August 1, 1932 in Hammond, Indiana, to George and Oma Markle Tiller. She moved here from Sarasota, FL where in Sarasota she was a service dispatch for an air conditioning company for many years and then became a full time homemaker in 1982 after moving to Salt Springs.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Leon. She is survived by her daughters, Susan Migdal (Marc), Pamela Norman, Ruthann Boyd; one brother, Jerry Tiller (Imogene), of IN; deceased son, George Williams; deceased brother, Jim Moyer; two grandchildren, April Whipple and Christopher Smith, and several other grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She loved her home in the woods (Ocala National Forest) surrounded by nature, where she loved watching all types of wildlife from her backyard, especially her beloved hummingbirds.
Funeral Service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 25, 2016 at the Salt Springs Christian Church, with Brother Ricky Bybee officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior. Interment to follow in the Salt Springs Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Salt Springs, FL.
