Ocala - Philip James Maneske, 84, passed away January 11, 2018. Born to George and Mary (Cisela) Maneske. He was a graduate of Denfeld High School in Duluth, Minnesota. He was an Army Veteran serving in the Korea.
Following his military service he attended the University of Minnesota, St. Cloud where he obtain his BA Degree in Social Service. He received his MA in Economics. Philip worked for St. Louis County Social Services and the Brainerd, Minnesota State Hospital.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, two brothers and his daughter Susan. He is survived by his son Gerald, daughter Lori, granddaughte; Amiee. Grandson Max and John. Great grandchildren Gage, Eli and Talen. He will be missed by many cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
Phil loved the Lord, golfing and fishing. Arrangements under the care of Countryside Funeral Home, Anthony, FL. He will be interred at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Bloomington, Minnesota.
