Richard William Belcher, 71, passed away at home May 9, 2015. Born March 10, 1944, in London, England, to the late George Belcher and Primerose Ockwell Belcher.  He moved here from Melbourne in 2001 where he was a retired engineer at Harris Semiconductor.  He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Melissa Matteson & Mark Matteson, Pensacola, FL; two grandchildren he was so proud of, Nathan and Katelyn and brother, John Belcher, Ft. Pierce, FL.  He is preceded in death by his wife, Kathy Belcher.  Memorial Service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 16, 2015, at Countryside Funeral Home, Anthony, FL, with Father Ron Osier officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice would be appreciated.
