Richard Millar

Richard David Millar, 80, passed away Monday, February 15, 2021 in Ocala, Florida. Millar was born on December 11, 1940, in Hawley, Pennsylvania to Charles Millar and Lilian O'Hara. He was a general contractor for many years.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Judy Millar; parents; Charles and Lilian Millar, brothers; Walter and Doug Millar.

He is survived by his children; Scott Millar (Missy), Rebecca Gardner (Larry),Tim Millar and Vicki Millar (Brion), siblings; Ed Millar and Gail Karn. As well as grandchildren; Robyn Murray and Lyle Gardner and three great grandchildren; Jacob, Addison and Ava.

Memorial Service will be held March 6, 2021, at 12:00 p.m., at  Blessed Trinity Catholic Church in Ocala, Florida. In lieu of flowers please consider donating to the Breast Cancer Society.
