Richard Valvo

Richard Anthony Valvo, age 56, of Ocala, passed away on October 21, 2022 at the EW and Lucille Cates Hospice House.  He was born on June 20, 1966 in Brooklyn , NY. A son to Mike (Teresa) and Rosalia (Sintatra) Valvo.  Richard co-owned Southeastern Stone & Tile in Ocala with his father.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife Sandy, of 23 years, two daughters, Isabella (Bryan) Valvo, Danielle (Taylor) Hess, and three brothers, Michael Valvo, Cesare Valvo, and  Lorenzo (Destiny) Valvo.  He had a love for golf, was an active member in the NRA, and enjoyed shooting with his friends in USPSA competitive matches.

A visitation has been scheduled for Thursday October 27, 2022 at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church in Ocala, FL from 6:15-8:15 p.m. A funeral mass will be held at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church at 9:00 a.m. on Friday October 28, 2022. There will be a luncheon immediately following the funeral service in the community center at Blessed Trinity. Graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. at Highlands Memorial Park, following the luncheon. Procession to gravesite will be approximately 1:45 p.m. from Blessed Trinity Church to Highlands memorial Park. He is already so greatly missed.
