Robert "Bob" Dale Frymire

Pastor Robert “Bob” Dale Frymire, 61, passed away suddenly on

Saturday, January 27, 2024, in Destin, Florida.

He was born September 2, 1962, in Wood River, Illinois, to William and

Katherine (Ward) Frymire. He married Starla Roberts on April 1, 1983.

Bob began his career as an Architectural Draftsman and in 1996, went

into full-time ministry as a Children’s Pastor. He served at Tri-County

Assembly in Fairfield, Ohio, from 1996-2021, as Children’s and

Executive Pastor. From there, he continued as a Children and Family

Pastor at Ocala First Assembly in Ocala, Florida.

Bob completed many marathons, Tough Mudder, and a 50-mile Ultra

Run. He also enjoyed riding his bike everyday. He was a big St. Louis

Cardinal fan. But his favorite pastime was with his son playing catch,

pitching in their batting cage and going to watch him play baseball. His

special moments were always centered around his children and playing

outside with his grandchildren. But most importantly, his days were

ended with praying specifically for each of his children and their

families.

Bob’s passion in ministry was teaching kids about Jesus and church

outreach. He truly lived out the scripture “Go into the highways and

byways and compel them to come in that my house will be filled.”

Along with his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Taryn Frymire,

Tahnee (Cris) Simanca, Teena (Jeremy) Pacheco, Christia Frymire; son,

Ja’Mere Frymire; grandchildren, Madison Frymire, Parker Simanca,

Amelia Pacheco, Theo Robert (T-Bob) Simanca, and Penelope Pacheco;

and sisters, Brenda Russell and Julie Palmer.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Richard

Frymire and Gary Frymire.

A celebration of life service will be held on 11:00 a.m., Saturday,

February 3, 2024, at Ocala First Assembly, 1827 NE 14 th Street, Ocala,

Florida. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service beginning at

10:00 a.m.  Memorials may be made to the Ocala First Children's Ministries.
